Our reports are an open book of everything happening with your project with nothing brushed under the rug. Consistent weekly reports sent to all parties reviewing the milestones, goals met (or not met), budget, scheduling, and more. It’s a level of transparency not seen anywhere else in the industry.
Bidding
Get all of the talent and skills you need for a high-quality build. Using your parameters and our experience we’ll vet on average 3 bids per trade to establish market price and ensure the entire scope of work is covered. And then we still double-check: did we miss anything?
Scheduling
This is the most critical piece holding the whole project together: every piece has to fit just right or there is a negative ripple effect down the line. Before a project breaks ground we confirm all commitments, balance the timing of subcontractors and the lead time of suppliers, sequence it all, and review to make sure it’s the most efficient schedule we can possibly make.
Quality Control
Projects can’t just be about efficiency: they have to be delivered at top-quality too. Our site managers keep their eye on the details with a project-specific punch list of over 360 questions on average to guide our quality control.
