This was a 12-week TI build-out in Kent OH. A 3909-square-foot space on Main Street across from Kent State University was completed in July 2023. This project for WellStreet Urgent Care in conjunction with University Hospitals was the first completed by OLIO of the two we constructed for our client to date.
