Shake Shack Southern Support Office

OLIO Development Group served as owner's representative for Shake Shack's Southern Support Office, guiding the Phase 4 interior office modification at Suite 100, 800 Battery Ave SE in Atlanta. The project reconfigured Level 02 into a refined workplace with executive suites, open work areas, conference rooms, training spaces, and lounge environments that support regional leadership and day-to-day operations. OLIO coordinated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, life safety, and accessibility improvements within an occupied commercial building while aligning consultants, specialty trades, and local review requirements. This project reflects OLIO's broader capabilities in development coordination, construction management, code compliance, and execution for complex commercial environments beyond the restaurant floor.
