Constructed in the Summer/Fall 2018 and opened Winter of 2018. Constructed on 1.5 acres, this 1 story, prototype 4 extended featured a total sqft of 3,553 with seating for 76. This project included significant grading work to bring the site to similar grades as adjacent commercial properties.
