Reynoldsburg and Marysville acquisitions diversify the portfolio into automotive retail
COLUMBUS, Ohio, September 9, 2026 ¬¬— OLIO Development Group has acquired two existing retail properties occupied by Advance Auto Parts, at 6901 E. Main St. in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, and 1003 Delaware Ave. in Marysville, Ohio. Both were purchased from The Fergus Companies.
The acquisitions are value-add investments backed by a creditworthy national automotive retailer, and they extend OLIO’s holdings into the automotive category for the first time. Both properties sit in established central Ohio communities where the firm sees durable, long-term demand.

This marks the third property acquisition in the state of Ohio this year.
