Brad Giha

Brad Giha is the Director of Construction at OLIO. With 19 years of industry experience, Brad has demonstrated his commitment to delivering exceptional results. He holds a master’s in project management from Villanova University.

Brad oversees the entire construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. His responsibilities include maintaining quality control, safety, and security standards throughout the project. He skillfully manages schedules to minimize disruptions to operations as required. The ultimate goal is to successfully wrap up projects and hand over the keys to the next great venture. This includes conducting thorough walkthroughs for final quality control, obtaining, and managing all necessary inspections and certifications, and addressing any emerging needs.

Prior to joining OLIO, Brad held key positions in the construction industry. As a Superintendent at Prodigy Construction Management and a Project Executive at EV Construction, he gained valuable experience and honed his leadership abilities. Brad’s unwavering dedication to quality, attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage construction projects make him an asset to the OLIO team.
